During our first drop in 2019, our entire collection sold out within 48 hours. Fast forward to 2023 and we've sold out almost every collection we've dropped.

HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

 At Clocky, we use U.S. ring sizing standard for all our rings. For the most precise measurement of your ring size, we strongly advise visiting a professional jeweler.

 For your guidance, the average ring size for men is 9, whereas the average ring size for women is 6.

IS CLOCKY FOR MEN OR WOMEN?

Our jewelry is designed to be unisex. We believe in inclusivity and welcome all individuals to enjoy our jewelry!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? 

Priority Shipping is free on all orders over $60. Shipping times are approximately 5-7 for US orders and 7-10 days for international orders.

All of our jewelry is packed by hand with the upmost love and care. Therefore it can take us 1-3 days to pack, process and fulfill your order. We promise its worth the wait!

DOES MY JEWELRY HAVE WARRANTY?

IS MY JEWELRY WATERPROOF?

 Absolutely! Our jewelry is crafted using our premium .925 Sterling Silver and 316L Stainless Steel ensuring both durability and resistance to water and sweat.

While our pieces are designed to withstand everyday wear, we recommend keeping them away from water when possible to preserve their shine and color. If you decide to wear your jewelry in salt water, simply remember to rinse it off afterward to maintain its lustrous appearance.  

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Environmental factors such as ozone and hydrogen sulfide can cause discoloration and tarnishing of even the most exquisite pieces over time. But don't worry - this is a natural occurrence that does not diminish the quality or beauty of your jewelry.

To ensure that your beloved jewelry continues to sparkle and shine, we recommend using a soft microfiber cloth for gentle cleaning to remove any surface impurities that may have accumulated.
